I have been coding websites for nine years. My first job was at Chop-Chop.org company, where I created mainly WordPress templates and plugins. With the help of excellent developers I met there, I took my first steps in making of the Internet and learned the object-oriented programming in PHP.

Then I worked in the marketing department of LiveChat (now Text.com). I was creating SEO-focused landing pages, sometimes larger sections such as Careers or Help Center, and occasionally more complex applications, such as the Customer Service Report developed with the Vue.js framework. We built our web pages with Hugo static page generator. In addition to new technologies, I learned a lot about product marketing in the SaaS model there.

Business-oriented approach

For any project I am part of, my main focus is its goal. I analyze every feature in terms of its business values so I can choose optimal solutions for them. Sometimes your goal can be achieved with simpler means, and sometimes it's worth increasing the budget for the best benefit. Is CMS implementation worth the trouble until you know how often the website will be updated? Or the other way around - if we can predict regular updates, isn't it worth spending more now to save money in the long run?

Whenever possible, I participate in the web design process from the beginning. It allows me to outline the technological context, e.g., point out risky design solutions early. I can also make sure that the design includes all the hidden elements, such as alt attributes for images, meta tags for search engines and social media, etc.
